More about shower filters

The 8-stage filter, with calcium sulphite, maifan stone and ceramic beads among others, holds back particles and breaks down free chlorine. It works in both hot and cold water.

A shower filter does not make your water softer and does not remove dissolved limescale. Dutch tap water normally contains no chlorine; the filter is mainly relevant where tap water is chlorinated, for example in Belgium, France and Spain.

The filters fit the filtered shower head and the filtered shower head with hose (both 10 spray modes), not other shower heads. Swapping takes no tools: unscrew the hose, take the old filter out, put the new one in.
