Processing time:

Orders placed before 16:00 are processed and shipped the same day, so within the Netherlands they are usually delivered to you the next day. Orders placed after 16:00 are processed the next working day.

Shipping costs:

We offer fair and transparent shipping rates:

  • Netherlands: always free shipping, on every order.
  • Belgium, Germany, France and Spain: a flat rate of €2.99. Orders of €30 or more: free shipping.

Estimated delivery time:

Within the Netherlands, orders placed before 16:00 are usually delivered the next day. To Belgium, Germany, France and Spain, delivery usually takes 1 to 3 working days after shipping. Orders placed after 16:00 are delivered within a few working days, depending on the destination.

Order tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number by email. This allows you to follow your shipment online.

Address accuracy:

To ensure successful delivery, please fill in your shipping address carefully during checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Undelivered or lost packages:

If your package is not delivered within the expected timeframe or is lost in transit, please contact our customer service. We will open an investigation with the carrier and take appropriate action, whether that is reshipping the order or providing a refund.
