No. The 'with hose' models include a 1.5-metre shower hose and seals; the 'with filter' models have a filter cartridge inside the showerhead. The 'In the box' section on every product page lists exactly what you receive.

Simple: unscrew the old hand shower anticlockwise, screw the new one on clockwise by hand and briefly check for leaks. No tools or plumber needed; the filtered models come with PTFE tape and sealing rings in the box.

Yes. You can return your order within 30 days of delivery, unused and in the original packaging. Contact customer service for the return instructions; return shipping is at your own expense unless the product is defective or we made a mistake. You also get a 12-month warranty.

The filtered models have a replaceable 8-stage filter cartridge inside the showerhead. It captures limescale, chlorine residues and visible impurities before the water reaches the spray face. Many customers experience this as softer-feeling water. A shower filter is a comfort product, not a medical device.

A cartridge lasts 3 to 5 months, depending on how often you shower and how hard your water is; with the two cartridges from the refill set you get up to ten months. You will notice when it is time: the pressure drops slightly or limescale starts coming back.
