Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Assen, the Netherlands. All prices include VAT.
Shipping costs and delivery time

Shipping costs and the available delivery options are always shown at checkout, before you pay. We currently do not ship to other countries.
Processing
Orders placed and paid before 16:00 on a working day are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 16:00, at the weekend or on public holidays are shipped the next working day. Delivery times are an indication and depend on the carrier.
Track & trace
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code by email. You can also follow your shipment via Track your order.
Address details
Please check your address details carefully at checkout. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. Contact us straight away if you spot a mistake; as long as the order has not yet been shipped, we are happy to correct the address.
Parcel not received or damaged
Has your parcel not arrived within the expected time, or did it arrive damaged? Contact us at info@univexbv.com or via the contact form. We will open an investigation with the carrier and either send your order again or refund the purchase price.
