1. Does a Besjaar shower head fit my shower hose?
Almost always. Besjaar shower heads have a standard half-inch connection (G½″), the same as almost every shower hose in the Netherlands. Read how to swap it in replace your shower head in 5 minutes.
2. Do I need tools?
No. You tighten the shower head by hand. The shower heads with a filter come with PTFE tape and rubber sealing rings in the box, in case a connection drips.
3. How much water does a Besjaar shower head use?
The Besjaar Luxury Hand Shower and the Besjaar Rain Shower with Hose use at most 8 litres per minute. The shower heads with a filter have a pause button, so you can stop the spray while you lather up. What that saves you is explained in how much do you really save?
4. What does the filter in a Besjaar shower head do?
The 8-stage filter holds back loose particles and breaks down free chlorine before the water leaves the head. 5. How often do I replace the filter?

6. How do I keep my Besjaar shower head free of limescale?

7. Does a Besjaar shower head help with low water pressure?
The shower heads with a filter mix air into the water, so the spray feels fuller, even at somewhat lower pressure. A shower head cannot raise the pressure in your pipes. Other causes and fixes are in low water pressure in the shower.
8. What is the difference between the Besjaar models?

9. How fast is my order delivered and what does shipping cost?
Order before 16:00 and we ship the same day. Within the Netherlands shipping is always free and your parcel usually arrives the next day. 10. Can I return my Besjaar shower head?
Yes. You have 30 days after receipt to return it, well beyond the statutory 14 days. On top of that, Besjaar gives a 12-month warranty in addition to your statutory rights. How it works is explained in the refund policy.
